Reporting Copyright Infringement

Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
  • Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the takedown.
  • Terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Good Faith

We handle all DMCA notices in good faith. Misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
