How to play Shell Shockers
- Pick an egg class from the menu; your class determines your main weapon, from the EGG K-47 rifle to the RPEGG rocket launcher.
- Choose a mode: Free For All to learn the maps, or Teams and Captula the Spatula for objective play.
- Click into the arena to lock the mouse, then use WASD to move and the mouse to aim and fire.
- Crack enemy eggs by landing shots; a clean headshot ends most opponents instantly while you stay fragile too.

Tips for Shell Shockers
- Match your class to your aim: if your tracking is shaky, take the Scrambler shotgun and fight in tight corridors instead of sniping open lanes.
- Reload the instant a fight ends. Eggs die in one or two hits, so getting caught mid-reload is the most common way to lose a duel.
- Use jump-peeking around corners; a quick hop while shooting throws off enemy aim because you are a small, bouncing target.
- Snipers should pre-aim common chokepoints rather than chasing kills. The EGG-K and SMG eggs will always beat you up close.
- Pick up grenades and use them to flush campers out of the spawn rooms and flag points in Captula the Spatula.
- Listen for footsteps and gunfire direction; the maps are small, so audio tells you where the next fight is before you see it.
